The Landing at Saco Bay, a Northbridge memory care community offering assisted living with a specialization in memory care, is proud to announce that its Living Well Adult Day Program in Saco is now open and accepting members.

The Living Well Adult Day Program operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is designed to provide a supportive, engaging environment where members can thrive while giving caregivers valuable peace of mind. The program also offers a gentle introduction to community living, allowing members and families the opportunity to become familiar with The Landing at Saco Bay team, residents, and daily life before considering a move into the community.

Program participants enjoy a full calendar of engaging activities, chef-prepared lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day, opportunities to build meaningful friendships with residents, and a safe, welcoming atmosphere designed specifically for individuals living with memory loss. The program also provides caregivers with time to rest, recharge, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break.

The Living Well Adult Day Program has also been successfully implemented at sister community Avita of Stroudwater and Avita of Wells, where families have experienced the benefits of a gradual and supportive transition from living at home to community life.

The Landing at Saco Bay family member Michelle said, “Our family loves that our Mom has a place to go that is fun and safe, it has been so helpful for our family and helpful that we know Mom is staying social.”

Space in the Living Well Adult Day Program is limited. To learn more about becoming a member, contact Lisa Nassif at 207-284-0900 or visit The Landing at Saco Bay at 392 Main St., Saco.
