The Biddeford + Saco Chamber of Commerce + Industry welcomed new member Ascend Wellness Collective with a ribbon cutting on June 25.
Ascend Wellness Collective, 419 Alfred St., Biddeford is a collaborative community of health and wellness experts, including therapists and psychologists, massage therapists and bodywork practitioners, life coaches, and nutritionists.
Social Worker Amber Elliott founded the collective based on the belief that mental health and physical vitality are deeply connected. Her approach to wellness addresses the whole person – both mind and body.
Featured services at Ascend Wellness Collective include an infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge tub, zero gravity chairs and BrainTap meditation sessions.
At Ascend Wellness Collective, independent practitioners rent space in a supportive wellness community. Dedicated office space can be rented by the month for those who want to have their business at the collective full time. For those who don’t need a full-time space, there are options for daily rental. There is also a workshop and group space that can be rented by the hour for meetings, yoga classes, group therapy, trainings or events.
