Colorado-based Ziggi’s Coffee will soon be opening a coffee shop in Saco.

The coffee shop will be located at the corner of 991 Portland Road (Route One) and Waterfall Drive. It is slated to open at the end of February, said Ashley Miller, spokeswoman for Ziggi’s Coffee, in an email. Ziggi’s Coffee in Saco will not be a sit-down café. It will be a drive-through location, with a walk-up window and outdoor seating, said Miller.

“This is the first location in Maine and we are excited to serve the community of Saco,” said Miller.

Ziggi’s Coffee was founded in 2004 in Longmont, Colorado and now has about 75 locations nationwide.

The online menu for Ziggi’s Coffee features hot and cold coffee and tea drinks with classic and seasonal selections, energy drinks, Italian sodas and fruit smoothies. Ziggi’s also offers a children’s menu as well as signature items including Blenders -frozen sweet drinks with espresso and milk in a variety of flavors, and Fresherz – cold fruit drinks. In addition to a large variety of hot and cold beverages, Ziggi’s also serves baked goods, paninis, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and gluten-free food options.
