SACO — The Saco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in the search for a missing Saco woman who was last seen at the Maine Mall.

UPDATE: SHE HAS BEEN LOCATED

Saco police have issued a Silver Alert for Victoria Rich, a 24-year-old resident of Saco, according to a press release sent early Saturday afternoon from Maine Department of Public Safety Public Information Officer Shannon Moss.

Rich was last seen Friday, Nov. 18, around 8 p.m. at JCPenney at the Maine Mall in South Portland, said Moss. She is described as a 5-foot-4 inch white woman weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has intellectual disabilities, and was dropped off at the mall as she does not have a vehicle, said Moss.

Anyone who sees Rich is asked to contact the Saco Police Department at 207-284-4535.

The Silver Alert is an adult recovery program for missing people who are developmentally impaired or have dementia or some other cognitive impairment. The goal of the program is to immediately alert residents in Maine, so people in all parts of the state can help in the search and return of the missing person.
