Need a last-minute Christmas present or Yankee Swap gift and want to support a local artist? Want to treat yourself to a beautiful item made right here in the state of Maine?

The Ocean Park Pop-Up shop, located on the porch at 30 Maine Ave. in Ocean Park, is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily until Christmas Eve. The Pop-Up shop is a special collaboration between seven local artists showcasing their unique works.

The Ocean Park Pop-Up shop has been an annual tradition for several years, bringing a bit of holiday cheer.

“Although the weather outside will be cold and frightful, our pop-up shop is small, intimate and quite delightful,” said the artists on a social media post.

A large selection of original art and hand-crafted items are available, including coastal and Maine themed gifts, Christmas ornaments and other holiday items, decorative pieces and housewares. There are small fiber art pieces, fish made from repurposed wood beach chairs, a variety of earrings and other jewelry, crocheted blankets and table runners, quilts, sea glass art, clothing, toys, lanterns, night lights, platters and other glass art, bookmarks, Christmas cards, and more.
