The company, in a press release, said the new kelp products
can be used as salt replacements or seasoning. The flakes are claimed to be
good on avocado toast, popcorn, egg dishes, salads, meats, fish and more, while
the powder can be blended into smoothies and soups, and added to marinades, dips
and meat rubs. Atlantic Sea Farms said the kelp powder can even be mixed into
bread and cookie doughs.
Two University of New England hockey players have launched Underdog
Energy. Dylan Schuett and Joey Stanizzi created an energy drink that has less caffeine
than other drinks on the market, making it compliant with NCAA testing
standards. It’s available in two flavors – strawberry lemonade and blue
raspberry.
