Kennebunkport – Maine Public and Seashore Trolley Museum are excited to welcome Daniel Tiger, from the PBS KIDS series Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, back for a visit at Seashore this Saturday and Sunday July 27 and 28.

The museum, 195 Log Cabin Road,  is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30  p.m. and Daniel Tiger will be visiting from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hop on a trolley shuttle to Highwood Carhouse to meet Daniel and Seashore's very own Biddeford & Saco trolley No. 31 to visit and take photos with Daniel and this special trolley car. Enjoy other activities around the museum campus, including Maine Public Television's fun activity tent and decorate your own Daniel Tiger sugar cookies. Guests can also visit the museum’s regular exhibits and displays, as well as ride longer trolley rides on the 3.5-mile heritage railway.

Tickets are $15 per person; Seashore Trolley Museum members as well as children two  and under are free. This is the museum’s largest fundraiser event of the year; all proceeds support their mission and their historic preservation efforts. Trolley shuttle departure times to visit with Daniel Tiger are scheduled every 15 minutes to eliminate crowding at the event; be sure to purchase your tickets in advance at https://danieltiger.eventbrite.com .

Three food trucks will be on campus during the event for guests to enjoy, or bring a lunch and enjoy the museum’s picnic areas.
