Biddeford search warrant executed in Portland

PORTLAND — Portland police executed a search warrant on behalf of the Biddeford police department on Wednesday.

On Wednesday night, the Portland Police Department’s SWAT team carried out a Biddeford Police Department search warrant at 17 Dalton St. in Portland, according to a press release from Biddeford Deputy Police Chief JoAnne Fisk.

Once the Portland Police Department SWAT team secured the evidence and made sure the scene was safe, Biddeford Police detectives and evidence technicians seized from the property several weapons, ammunition, and other evidence reportedly used in criminal activity in Biddeford, said Fisk.

No arrests were made, and the investigation is ongoing, said Fisk. No further information is available at this time, she said.
